RUNJIN.85 / OUR STANDARD

Trust needs transparency.

Scientific evidence. Real-world experience. Independent judgment.

01 / Science

Research, personal experience and judgment are clearly distinguished. Scientific claims need verifiable sources. Study limitations, uncertainty and relevance to real-world running belong in the discussion.

02 / Product testing

A product test requires actual use. Product source, testing period, conditions, mileage and individual fit are disclosed. First impressions are not long-term tests; results are not invented.

03 / Independence

Paid collaborations, supplied products and affiliate links are disclosed with the relevant article and labelled as advertising where required. Mentioning a brand alone does not imply a partnership.

04 / AI and responsibility

AI may support structure, wording and translation. Its actual use is disclosed in the article. Serkan remains responsible for selection, review and publication. AI output is not scientific evidence.

05 / Two languages

German and English have separate, corresponding pages. Approval means editorial permission to publish; it does not establish an independent scientific or professional translation review.

06 / Images and sources

Image origin, usage rights and credits are checked before publication. AI extensions or substantive edits are disclosed. A source credit alone does not authorise reuse of someone else’s images or text.

07 / Corrections and limitations

You can report errors using the contact details in the legal notice. Factual errors are reviewed and corrected; substantial corrections should be made traceable in the article. General training and health information does not replace individual medical advice.
